Mine has broken after 1 year of normal use. The soft close arm came away from the carousel & I can’t reattach it without it coming off again. Please advise because that’s poor in my opinion

This is a very professionally made video and it quickly becomes obvious how much thought has gone into designing these pull-outs. I was looking at the Hafele model on Screwfix in the UK and one of the reviewers who had installed the Hafele mentioned that it is effectively the Sige 371 Infinity Line as shown in this video. One thing I'm not quite sure about is whether this model can be used for Left Hand cupboards as well as Right Hand ones. I'm going to check later whether the Sige website has a downloadable installation guide before I decide whether to buy.
